GRANDY CORP<08143> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the name of 
Grandy Corporation has been changed to "Hua Xia Healthcare 
Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its 
ordinary shares (stock code: 8143) will also be changed to 
"HUA XIA HEALTH" with effect from Monday, 28/8/2006.
