GRANDY CORP<08143> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Grandy Corporation ("GRANDY CORP") will cease after the 
close of business on Friday, 17/06/2005. As from the close of business on 
that day, the counter for trading  in the consolidated shares (stock code: 
8393) of GRANDY CORP as represented by old share certificates will be 
withdrawn  and trading in the shares of GRANDY CORP will only be under the 
following arrangements: -
