GRANDY CORP<08143> - Share Consolidation

Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of 
Grandy Corporation ("GRANDY CORP") have approved the consolidation 
of shares on the basis of 5 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") 
of GRANDY CORP into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares").  Effective 
from today (12/05/2005), a temporary counter under stock code 8393 
and stock short name "GRANDY CORP" will be established for trading in 
board lots of 2,000 New Shares each to replace the previous counter 
(stock code: 8143) for trading in board lots of 10,000 Old Shares each.
