Market participants are requested to note that the name of 
Grandy Applied Environmental Technology Corporation has been 
changed to "Grandy Corporation". Accordingly, the stock short 
name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 8143) will also be 
changed to "GRANDY CORP" with effect from Friday, 13/02/2004.
